FNAFn Markiplier and Friends

So I wasn't able to finish this in time for February...but I hate February anyway. So This is for March! The second half of that big project I was working on that I had mentioned in my Status Update. As mentioned, it was an idea to help me climb out of my depression that my husband and I started. The challenge was to draw up MLP Caricatures of our favorite YouTubers.
The first half was the MLP Galloping Grumps


Here we have my other favorite YouTubers. I started watching these guys when they started on the FNAF craze. Never laughed so hard in my life until I watched these guys get spooked in that game series, and I still re-watch those videos from time to time even today. They are all still very funny, even with some of their newer videos. Some of my more recent favorite videos are the Prop Hunt episodes, and any of the scary games they play. Why is it so funny to watch other people jump and scramble while uttering obscenities? And I love the videos where Markiplier plays and spends time with his beautiful dog Chica.

Anyhoo, I ponified the following YouTubers:
Markiplier's friend Tyler as a Minotaur. Mino-Tyler!
Ethan from Crank Gameplays as a Goat!
JackSepticEye as a Mule! And a Handsome mule, at that! Sam is in his saddlebag. 
Bob "muyskerm" as a Dragon!
Wade "LordMinion777" as a Giraffe!
Chica was a MUST with this group. She's so happy to run and play!
Markiplier as one of my Earth Qilin designs! Hmm...Markirin? :3 He accidentally stepped on Tiny Box Tim when fleeing.
PewDiePie is a Unicorn with his little pugs Edgar and Maya in his saddle bags. Looks like magic won't work on the FNAF critters!

Each YouTuber is designed after a creature that has appeared in the actual MLP: FIM show...except Markiplier. I designed him after one of my Earth Qilin designs because of his own Korean roots. He's kinda like me, but younger and a male. My mom was also Korean and married my dad when he was in the US Army and stationed in South Korea. And, in a way, I did watch Markiplier the most when I found his channel, and after learning about his own upbringing and family, I felt a sort of kinship. So, I did theme him after my Asian inspired Qilin creatures that you will find in my gallery, and with following Feng Shui, his birthday falls on the element of Earth, so I made him an Earth Qilin. And yes, Markiplier is pink because...no its not too girly! I made it pink because of his Wilford Warfstace persona having the pink moustache, and also based it on something my mom once said about the color pink. She once said Pink was actually a royal color of the Korean Prince...I don't know if what my mom once said was true...sometimes I think she said this to trick my nephew into wearing a pink winter jacket she got him for Christmas when he was little...but there you go, Mark is PINK!

Another interesting thing, is JackSepticEye being a mule. Rarity once said in the show; "Mules are ugly" and this was perpetuated in the show with all mule-based characters appearing old and uglier than ponies. So I went against the grain because...i've spent alot of time around horses in my youth, and I always thought mules are actually very handsome hybrids...at least I think they are. I also picked the mule as Jack's Caricature because a male mule, like a donkey, is called a Jack. So when designing this Caricature, I made him very youthful and handsome for a mule, and used a more natural mule coloration.

Wade and Bob are "tripping each other up", similar to how they play out silly moments when gaming with Mark and Jack. I especially like the banter that goes on during the Golfing game streams.

Tyler and Ethan are mostly in the background when it comes to some streams but they actively participate in many fund raisers and charity streams. That is one of the reasons I made them a Minotaur and Goat. Just like how Iron Will ran a show with his Goat assistants in the MLP Show, These two help Mark run alot of his Live Shows and streams, and their participation is always fun to watch along with Mark. These two are real team players.

PewDiePie was a controversial addition at first. Yes, I know he has recently stuck his foot in his mouth by saying some very out-of-nowhere slurs and offensive statements, but we all have times where we mess up too, and say things we don't mean. Maybe it was stress? Maybe he was under pressure? Or maybe he was genuinely angry about something and his mouth spoke before he could think. We've all done that. And he did apologize. I don't think there is any one person who can truly step forward and say they have never said something that was hurtful, or that they regret. We are only human, and so is PewDiePie. We all make mistakes and should be willing to accept responsibility and the consequences of such mistakes. On the other hand, however, we should also be willing to listen and forgive when these things do happen, and let these things be in the past. The last thing anyone needs to do in this day and age is go on a witch hunt, and seek to crucify someone and condemn them for their mistakes. If someone does say something that comes across as offensive, you should be willing to approach it with tact like; "Dude, that was NOT cool." Instead of; "Fuck off and die!" Can you see how one can lead to a better resolution, while the other just tries to start a fight, and cause more pain?
We are not meant to stand as judge and jury and make demands for retribution when little slip ups like this occur. He was not looking to hurt anyone, and we should not go looking to declare war against one person. 
So, I chose to still honor PewDiePie in this image. And Edgar and Maya was also a must. Gotta have your furry buddies with you!


Making the FNAF animatronics was the most difficult part. I literally had to piece them together. and custom draw all their parts. Some assembly required for these critters. And I tried to make them look creepy, like the game versions, but also fit for MLP designs.

Please keep in mind, none of these caricature designs are meant to offend or demean the people they are representing in any way. This was made with love and thanks in my heart to these YouTubers who gave me laughs when I was lost in the dark for a while. Thanks you 'Tubers!
