Pokemon: Fay Necklace Sculpt

This was a thank you gift I made to my friend Furgemancs who helped me when I was having financial issues.
She asked if I could make her a figurine of her Pokemon character Fay the Buneary. I took my thank you a step further and turned the figuring into a charming necklace.
The Fay figure is about 2 inches tall. I used this as my reference:

The hardest pert was what to do about the ears. Fay has her ears tied up since they are so long, so I made a ribbon with a charm to match the little cape accessory that she wears.
She is hand painted and her eyes are filled with resin to give it more of a life-like appearance.
The necklace is also to emulate the cape with the ribbon of blue and white checkerboard patterns. The chains are adorned with Czech glass beads, a couple dangles, and a clasp to hook onto Fay.
I wanted to make the cape she wears, but I couldn't get it to look right, so I though the necklace and the ear ribbon would be a great nod to this accessory.
