FOR THE LOVE OF ART; READ EVERYTHING! Especially the BOLD comments!
Just like what I did with my Two Princes submission, I decided to upload a base for my Kelpie; The Water Pony design. It basically features the constructed line art layers in a Photoshop psd file.
Sorry, I don't have other formats for other "paint" programs, and since it uses layers I don't recommend using MS paint to try and recolor.
The Layers are locked so all you have to do to re-color is to highlight the appropriate layer and use the paint brush tool to color over the lines whatever color you want.
The layers are color-coded too to help the user's see what overlaps and what each layer covers on the line art.
Once you have your color palate set, create your own background layer and start coloring in the body and parts.
The Base file features all 3 poses from my original submission: Front view, Side View, and 3/4 View.
The additional expressions are not included.
Also, the mane and eyes are not included. You'll have to get creative to make your own for your Water Pony.
